Guess what, i chose the choice of the recipe the other day. And because i like my idea very much, i tried it again some days ago with (slightly) different portions. And then I love it even more!
The evil recipe that deprived my nap is homemade lasagna with broccoli sauce: Cook the lasagna as you want (I prefer them aldente cooked and sautéed with onions) and the broccoli too. After boiling the broccoli's flowers a little keep some of their boiled water and put them in the blender with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, salt, pepper, little oil and a little Tabasco. The more water you add (from the boiled one), the more your porridge will look like with a sauce than a dip.
(In my own second attempt, the less green color is due to more sun-dried tomatoes that i added.)
